Method
- In a large bowl, add farro, spinach, arugula, microgreens and thyme. Toss together.
- Add in apple slices, dates, walnuts, cheese and lightly toss with greens and farro mixture.
- Add maple balsamic dressing, top with marjoram and serve.
Notes
An apple cider vinegar dressing would be another great option as an alternative.
