Pistachio Overnight Oats

These pistachio overnight oats are a great option when you want a breakfast that isĀ easy, balanced, and a little different from the usual oatmeal routine. The pistachio cream adds a rich flavor while the oats, yogurt, and chia seeds provide lasting nutrition.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup non-fat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 tbsp pistachio cream Turkish Pistachio Cream used here
  • 2 tbsp non-fat Greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. Add the oats, chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract, and pistachio cream to a jar or container.
  2. Stir well until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, stir again and top with a dollop of Greek yogurt, sprinkled chopped pistachios and berries before serving.
