Method
- Crush graham crackers in Ziplock bag. Add butter and continue mixing in the bag until evenly distributed
- Add all remaining ingredients into a medium both and blend with hand mixer until smooth
- Place bowl in refrigerator to chill for 30-60 minutes
- Pack graham cracker crumble at the bottom of each ramekin
- Scoop in pumpkin mixture on top of graham crackers
- Decorate with some extra pieces of graham crackers and sprinkle on pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
