Method
- Combine all ingredient in 2 qt crockpot. Double or triple recipe for larger, 4-6 qt crockpots.
- Gently whisk ingredients to combine.
- Set either at HIGH for 50 min-1 hour or LOW FOR 2-2.5 hours.
- Stir and serve when cooked. Garnish with a dollop of Greek yogurt, chopped nuts, thyme and sprinkle of cinnamon.
