White plate with 3 stacked Belgian waffles topped with whipped cream and fanned sliced strawberries

Traditional Belgian Waffles

Looking for crispy Belgian waffles that taste like a restaurant brunch but offer better nutrition? These golden waffles deliver the classic Belgian waffle experience with a soft fluffy center, crisp edges, and deep pockets perfect for fruit and cream. Greek yogurt and ground flaxseed add a subtle boost of protein and fiber, giving each waffle about 7 grams of protein while keeping the flavor rich and the texture light. They are simple enough for everyday breakfasts and special enough for weekend brunch.
