Steak Fajita Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1.5 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 lb flank or skirt steak strips
  • 1/4 cup Primal Kitchen Steak Sauce
  • 2 pkts Seeds of Change Quinoa & Brown Rice with Sea Salt

Method
 

  1. Set heat on electric grill pan to 350? or medium heat.
  2. Add 2 tbsp avocado oil, mushrooms and onions. Stir and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add red and green bell pepper slices, sauté and cover for 5 minutes.
  4. Push sautéed vegetables in a circle to the edge of your electric grill pan or dish.
  5. Add steak strips to the center of the pan. Cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side, cover pan between. Add steak sauce and stir.
  6. Microwave quinoa and brown rice packets. Add into pan and stir mixture.
  7. Reduce pan heat to low or 250?.
  8. Stir and serve. Can be divided into 3 or 4 portions.
