Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz low fat cream cheese
  • 12 oz skyr yogurt, nonfat
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup granola

Method
 

  1. Use a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese, skyr yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup.
  2. Layer the yogurt, strawberries and granola.
  3. Top with your favorite garnish. Get into the spring spirit with a tulip-shaped strawberry and mint leaf.
