Lemon Ginger Bone Broth

If you're looking for a cozy, nourishing drink to support your skin and your overall wellness, this Lemon Ginger Bone Broth is a soothing blend of comfort and function. Packed with vitamin A from pureed carrots and butternut squash, vitamin C from fresh lemon, anti-inflammatory ginger, and collagen-rich broth, this warm (or chilled!) sip delivers nutrients that support healthy, glowing skin and help strengthen your immune system. From promoting gut health to offering antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits, this simple recipe is a delicious way to nourish your body and boost your resilience all season long.

Taking a few extra minutes to soften the vegetables is key to achieving that velvety, smooth texture that makes this broth so satisfying to sip. The end result is a refreshing, nourishing drink with a gentle warmth and a mild kick at the finish. Overall sipping a comforting, flavorful, beverage that nourishes skin and immunity health. For a touch of color and freshness, sprinkle chives on top, or if you're craving a bigger punch, add a pinch of turmeric or cayenne pepper to elevate both the flavor and the functional benefits.
